Each fall and spring, the Chincoteague Cultural Alliance sponsors the Acoustic Music Concert Series. A wide range of performers feature folk, blues, Celtic, and other acoustic genres. Concerts are held at the Chincoteague Senior Center.
Performances for fall 2008 included the Blue Rhythm Boys, playing their brand of blues and jazz, North Sea Gas played a blend of Scottish and Celtic music, and Greg Trooper singer and songwriter.
The spring of 2009 will have several enjoyable concerts a schedule will soon be published.
